Fold Over Elastic, also known as FOE or Folded Elastic is ideal for binding edges on a variety of items, from undergarments to waistbands and headbands. This elastic folds along a line that is slightly off-center, this ensures that when sewing on the shorter side, the longer side is caught in the stitches. FOE has a shiny and matte side which you can use depending on your preference.
