- Homecraft Textiles ships to anywhere in Australia & Internationally*.
- Postage charges:
$14.99 for Standard Shipping** to all major cities and regional hubs Australia-wide.
$24.99 for Express Shipping**.
- Free Standard Shipping** for shopping carts exceeding $300.
- Free Standard Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping may not apply to:
Items purchased on sale or items being sent to remote areas.
Bulky or heavy items (e.g., long rolls of fabric, wadding, fleece, blankets) which may attract additional shipping charges. We will contact and inform you before processing if this applies to your order.
- Standard Shipping means orders placed on business days will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Express Shipping means orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM WST will qualify for same day dispatch. Orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day. Express Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will be dispatched with Australia Post Express. We may use other courier partners if operationally necessary.
- Transit times vary depending on your exact location, ranging from 1 day to 10 days.
- During sales, it may take longer to process and dispatch your order.
Refund Policy
- We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
- You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as being faulty or not performing as advertised.
- Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g., your receipt).
