Butchers Linen is a durable, medium-weight polyester fabric woven to create the textured appearance of natural linen. Although traditionally known as Butchers Linen, it is not made from linen — it is an easy-care polyester fabric designed to give a linen-look finish with better durability and wrinkle resistance.
Also commonly referred to as Bamboo Linen or Linen Look Tablecloth Fabric, this fabric is especially popular for restaurants, hotels, function venues, caterers, party hire companies, country clubs and event decorators.
Butchers Linen is colourfast, washable, hard-wearing and highly wrinkle resistant, making it ideal for tablecloths, overlays, napery, event styling, display cloths and hospitality uniforms.
It also embroiders well and can be used for decorative projects such as pillowcases, craft items and heirloom-style quilting. It is also suitable for simple garments including skirts, summer pants, sleeveless tops and uniforms.
Sold by the metre with no minimum purchase required. Thousands of metres are in stock, with bulk pricing available when you buy more.
