Fold Over Elastic, also known as FOE or folded elastic is ideal for binding edges on a variety of items, from undergarments to waistbands and headbands. This elastic folds along a line that is slightly off-centre. This ensures that when sewing on the shorter side, the longer side is caught in the stitches. It has both a shiny and matte side which you can use depending on your preference.
